About our organization

Founded in 1961, The purpose of the Fine Arts Association of Southeastern Kentucky, Inc. is to promote and encourage the fine arts throughout Southeastern Kentucky. Our goal is accomplished within the organization as well as through association with the schools and the public. It shall be the privilege of the Fine Arts Association to sponsor a series of concerts each year and to stimulate interest in the fine arts and in the development of talent by any other means desired. A volunteer Board of Directors is elected periodically to oversee the activities of the Fine Arts Association.
